We have had another excellent week of negotiating with multiple buyers on properties, continuing a strong selling season. The Anglesea market is still performing incredibly well and particularly in specific pockets. Point Roadknight continues to attract buyers that have been trying to secure property for years! The coast has well and truly delivered on so many levels in the last week! The sunshine popping out at just the right time of day, the warmth just right not too hot not too cold but most importantly the surf has been exceptional!
