relatively quiet month for March 2011!

One house sale at 13 Armytage Street and three apartment sales (1/12 Anderson Street, Apartment 14 Chalet and, C115 Cumberland Resort) took place this month.

An Erskine Apartment and a house sale in excess of $1.1 million were also successfully negotiated and await contract exchange.

The lack of activity is consistent with our ‘patchy market’ at the moment. A quiet month seems to follow two or three strong months. Hard to predict what will happen in the short term. Long term we all know the masses are coming…
