Our Backyard – Anglesea

What an amazing response we had last week for 8A Wray Street! One open for inspection, multiple interested parties and sold on the first day we had it on the market.

This is certainly indicative of buyers trying to secure a property at the entry level price range, being a first home purchase for many there is an element of really wanting to get it right. It’s understandable to me that buying your first property is major and takes an enormous amount of time, effort and consideration. However!!!! In a market as competitive as this, not making a quick decision can actually have you kicking yourself you missed out.

I’m talking to some buyers that I have been dealing with from 2-3 years ago and they are really feeling not having purchased when prices were more affordable. It’s not too late though, jump in now because you don’t want to have this conversation with us next year when you tell us you wish you had of purchased because prices have gone up again! The good news is that if you did need to sell then it’s become a low risk situation and the worst case scenario is you may break even but in the meantime, you’ve had a beautiful time enjoying your beach house.

Also 95 Noble Street, which has had a great cosmetic makeover – first open for inspections this weekend. I have the Vendors statement too, so let’s make it another super Saturday and sell it on the first day!

Weather is looking awesome, so jump in the car and head to the coast for sunshine, warmth and relaxing days. As the countdown starts to the busy time of year, treasure these golden days.
