The Anglesea property market is as hot at the temperature! We know there has been a spot light on Anglesea for the last 12 months, however this summer has demonstrated this through excellent sales just how much. The really interesting thing for me has been the amount of new buyers in this market that haven’t previously considered Anglesea. Buyers are coming across from the Peninsula, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, Torquay, Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong and of course Melbourne.
