Our Backyard – Anglesea

You know it’s going to be a great day when you are greeted with a text message letting you know you have been awarded ‘agent of the year -2018 for Anglesea’.  I’m so thrilled as this award is based on vendor reviews for client service and it’s actually judged not for the highest amount of sales, however the ratio of client satisfaction for these transactions. I have sold the second highest amount of properties Anglesea, so I’m pretty happy there too.

Being an agent in a coastal community with limited amount of stock, can be tough as competing agents are cutting commissions and giving away marketing. My belief is to not have the most listings however to provide focused attention & strategies to best suit the specific property and client. I strive to deliver honest, clear and ethical standards, however my most valued goal is to have a mutually rewarding and beneficial outcomes for both vendors and purchasers. I aim for both parties to walk away feeling joyous from the real-estate transaction, as it should be even under the toughest circumstances.

I’m also incredibly proud of the entire Great Ocean Road Real Estate team as they performed so well along the coastline too.

It’s been a long summer working long hours and days and next week I’m going to head off for a few days and centre my soul and refresh my spirt. The timing couldn’t be more perfect to feel grateful for the work I’m privileged to do on a daily basis.
