I talked last week about our off market sale, matching a buyer to a property and being in a position to put the sale to bed instantly. Communication is vital in the sales process, clearly understanding a purchasers buying criteria including price, location and timeline. We are also working with vendors that may not be quite ready to put their property on the market, however if we are able to offer a seamless transaction are open to doing business this way.

The two properties we sold in the last week were with purchasers we had a strong relationship with and knew their specific criteria.

In going through the last 6 months of statistics of sales October 2014 through to the current month there have been 74 sales, Great Ocean Road Real Estate have sold 26 and this positions us clearly as the market leader in Anglesea.

We are thrilled with our results and continuing to deliver for our vendors and buyers.

Whilst it is going to be a quieter weekend prior to upcoming school holidays and then Easter, the weather looks beautiful for looking at property.
