Welcome to Anglesea

In outer suburban areas of Melbourne land releases have more buyers than blocks and so they have a ballot system, seeing this as a fair and reasonable way to sell. People are queuing and sleep in their cars hoping to secure an allotment of land, last week 40 blocks were sold and hundreds of people missed out.

I had personal experience working in house and land development years ago prior to working in the bayside market. It was literally going from one extreme to the other and gave me a great understanding of real estate on every level. Selling a block of land in Cranbourne was very different to a site in Brighton, however one thing remains the same everyone has a dream and goal of owning their own property.

Growing up in Richmond then Camberwell also gave me a solid understanding of what’s important to people & their personal circumstances. My mother being single with 4 children chose a house with a tram at the end of the street, so we could all make our way to school on our own. It was considered not only the worst house in the best street, but probably the worst house in the area! Her hard work and effort paid off as the property has now put her in a very good position in life from an investment point of view.

I chose to live in Anglesea so I could have the beach at the end of the street or a one minute drive by car! I wanted a crashing wave every day and to do a job I love in a beautiful environment. Sometimes it’s the simple things that can make a huge life impact and this has been the best decision for me personally.

What I think is simply wonderful is you don’t have to sit in your car and fight to have a peace of paradise or pay extraordinary prices! Get in to Anglesea before the rest of Victoria works out how special it is!
