We have had another incredible week of sales and listings proving the market is abundant with educated buyers looking to secure properties in time for the summer season.

The HOT price bracket of $500 – $650K where the majority of buyers are, is incredibly competitive and homes are getting snapped up!

Last week we had a buyer that missed out on one of our properties so fortunately we were able to refer them immediately into another listing we mentioned last week in the Blog. They purchased straight away and the listing never made it onto the internet, well actually it did – but directly into the SOLD section.

Relationships with buyers are incredibly important as we can assist you with the purchase and give priority as we understand your needs and requirements.

We sold 3 properties after one open for inspection and 1 property off market to a qualified buyer in the past few weeks.

Interesting that it is a similar situation with our property management with permanent rentals being in super high demand and waiting lists of tenants. Again our relationships with tenants being strong and referring people straight into newly listed properties. Landlords not having any down time with vacant homes. These scenarios proving that investing in property in Anglesea provides many options with either holiday rental or permanent rental.

The strength of our business is we are able to sell a purchaser property then management the investment for them!

Recently we have had several sales that were guests from our holiday accommodation side of the business, now we hope to manage their properties for holiday rental.  It’s wonderful to continue the relationship throughout the journey.
