An incredible month for the team across the board in Anglesea. I am ecstatic with our performance across holiday accommodation, sales and permanent rental.

What started out on Christmas Day as an awful time for the surf coast and Victoria with Bush Fires destroying homes, leaving many people feeling lost and cautious, we would never have expected such positives outcomes for the start of the Year.

I am so thrilled to see the genuine ‘Aussie Spirit’ of many people that made a choice to carry on, embrace the season, the summer and support the locals.

We have had close to 200 bookings from Boxing Day till the end of January for our holiday accommodation business and a huge thank you to Elise, Nicole, Bec and Cheryl for going over and above at this time to make sure all our guests had enjoyable holidays. The feedback has been exceptional and we always appreciate these comments, which we pass onto our landlords and use to continuously improve what we do.

Ian Lewtas and I have both had wonderful sales outcomes with 6 sales in the last 3 weeks, proving an abundance of qualified buyers ready to purchase. There is definitely a lack of stock in the market, however if you are a purchaser, we do have some excellent properties for you!

Pricing property correctly and listening to buyers again crucial to getting these incredible results. Vendors providing positive recommendations and referrals – which in this business is the best compliment we could ever ask for.
