Good bye spring, nice knowing you I won’t miss you one bit! Well maybe just a little more than winter.

So we are ready for summer and our stock levels are increasing along with a nice little boost in buyer enquiry over the last week. We had 2 properties with multiple interested parties and offers after open for inspections and private appointments last weekend. Both properties being sold at the asking price or within the advertised range. Also higher end properties we are currently in negotiations with purchasers, will see what unfolds in the coming days and let you know next week.
