Our Backyard Anglesea & Torquay

The January momentum has definitely come into play this week with an incredible response from buyers to open for inspections but more importantly making offers on property! Our Star property this week goes to 6/2A Walker Street, where Ben end up running a ‘best and final’ offers with close date of Wednesday with the amount of interest we had. There were 7 contracted offers, with the final accepted offer being $805K unconditional, an incredible result which was $55K above the top end of the quote range.

The price range and location is indicative of where 70% of Anglesea buyers are wanting to purchase, it’s wonderful to see so many buyers acting quickly with documentation and having solicitors and finance on hand so they don’t miss out!

We are meeting and greeting roughly 200 buyers through open for inspection over the weekends which is just amazing and I love every minute of it. I must admit though I’m not the best company for my friends that come and stay this time of year, working 7 days and talking for 10 hours a day, means my conversational skills aren’t the best by 10pm!  This week I was dreaming of moving giraffes out of a backyard for a photo shoot, I’m not sure what that means but hoping this week I’m swimming with dolphins….
