Our Backyard – Anglesea

It’s interesting talking to other offices along the coastline that see the market slowing down slightly prior to another run on, with Easter and school holidays coming up. The Anglesea market is still very much in demand and certain pockets at the higher end like Point Roadknight are attracting great interest and excellent prices. Buyers having been waiting to secure the right property literally for years, so when the perfect one comes up they do tend to fight for it.

With buyers expressing frustrations over the way some sales are handled and feeling caught in tricky negotiations, it may just be worthwhile engaging a buyers advocate to assist with the view of taking the emotion out of the transaction. I can certainly recommend a few if you want to chat about it. I’m always happy to offer guidance and it need not be for one of the properties we are representing.

Today I took some time out to enjoy a birthday lunch with my lovely mum, she was toasting me & I was toasting her as today we settled on her house in Camberwell. Amazing timing with it falling on my birthday.  We sat on the deck at Captain Moonlite overlooking the ocean, I couldn’t be happier enjoying this special place on this prominent day! A little bit sad & a little bit happy all rapt up in one big glass of champagne.

One door closes another one opens.

Have a wonderful weekend, see you at the open for inspection and private appointments.

Regards
